Cancellation Policy
How cancelling a session or a plan works. These points are also in our Terms of Service.
Cancelling or rescheduling a session
- You can reschedule or cancel a session at no cost with at least 4 hours' notice.
- With less notice, the session may be counted as used.
- If an instructor cancels or misses a session, it is returned to your plan or rescheduled at no cost.
Cancelling your plan
- You can cancel any plan at any time from Billing on your dashboard. There is no long term contract.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month you have paid for, and you can use your remaining sessions until then.
- Unused sessions do not carry over after a plan ends.
Refunds
- Payments are generally not refundable once a billing month has started.
- If something went wrong, contact us and we will review it fairly. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law.
